Oh my goodness!!! So so so beautiful.. so simple yet so ornate at the same time. It's perfect!
This ring is divine!! I love the engraving, it's just beautiful if this ring were mine I dare say I would get nothing done, as I'd spend the day just staring at it getting lost in the details - she's a beauty!
Hello all, I am thrilled to be able to show my Steven Kirsch reset, which I just picked up today! My dh gave me this diamond for my 50th birthday, almost 6 years ago. It was set in a cathedral solitaire setting, which I liked for its simplicity and ability to wear with a variety of bands. However, I have known for a few years that I wanted to reset the diamond into a more unique, delicate setting, with a vintage flair to it. Years of reading and participating in the forum have helped me enormously in so many ways. I was able to find the right vendor, for starters!! And I was able to discover and learn so much about diamonds, settings, etc., so thanks to all of you for your willingness to share pictures of your jewelry and your incredible knowledge, and engage with newbies like me. Although perhaps I am not such a newbie anymore!
Steven was so wonderful from beginning to end. I hope that I will have more opportunities to work with him. His work is so refined, delicate, just above and beyond in beauty!! The hand engraving and the knife edge with milgrain just blow me away! This design is called the Francesca, to which I just asked for a couple of modifications. My stone is 3.85ct, H color, SI1, medium blue fluor, GIA excellent (but not ideal) cut. My finger is size 8. Thanks for letting me share!!
Beautiful! Congratulations!
Just one of the most beautiful round diamond re-set/custom settings I have ever seen!!
@ Fabulous50, It is absolutely gorgeous! I have been trying to find a wedding band with similar engraving because I love that vintage-antique look. It is so romantic!
Such a beautiful ring, I love the detailed engraving, it truly compliments the design well. Enjoy wearing and looking at it!
It turned out gorgeous @Fabulous50 ! A little piece of art work! Congrats on your beautiful new setting!!!
