Hi - I'm back! 
I'm resurrecting this thread because I wanted to update anyone who is interested in the latest. A couple of days ago I gave the go-ahead for 2 new custom 2-sided diamond wedding bands to be made! I attached pictures of both my engagement ring and an example of the wedding band. Now that I am wearing my original engagement ring again, I finally feel like I am putting the pieces back together the right way now. My e-ring is so beautiful with an antique feel that I just love. The knife-edge bands that I was wearing before just didn't have that same vibe, not even close, and the craftsmanship just wasn't up to the same standard either.
These bands are truly my dream bands because they were my inspiration bands when I was originally looking to switch from my original wedding set. I settled on the knife-edge bands because I couldn't find the 2-sided bands at the right price at the time. The knife-edge bands have served me well, but I am thrilled to say that I am finally able to have my dream wedding bands now.
The new bands will have millgrain added to all of the edges and the diamonds will be 3/4 eternity. The width and height will be a little shorter and narrower than the other bands, which I think is ideal because my engagement ring is so dainty.
I have to wait about 6 weeks for these to be completed. I think it's safe to say that I'll be looking at the example pic probably several times a day until I have them on my finger!!!!!!
