Fiance and I are eating up all of these compliments! Thank you!
Dreamr, I''ll probably get a plain LM platinum band (same width as the e-ring) to start. After residency, I would LOVE to get a Memoire band or something similar. I love the look of bezel-set eternity bands like Memoire, and I think that it wouldn''t mess up the platinum of the e-ring as much as a prong-set eternity band.
Yeah....dirty shots work as long as we get MORE!!!!Date: 1/13/2008 3:16:49 PM

I was trying to wait for a manicure and some time with the Jewel Jet before taking more pics, but here are some from this morning...
Please excuse the nails and the very dirty ring!
*whew!* I''m glad it turned out so well for you. So you originally wanted one like Harriet''s, but you have no regrets now? Well, it seems to me that Leon took a bit of a chance by making it without the cathedral arms... but I guess he was confident that you would be 100% thrilled. It sure is a killer ring.Date: 1/15/2008 4:47:36 PM

Lynn, I originally spoke with Leon about creating what I have now. Before my fiance submitted the final work order, however, we decided to go with the cathedral shank because we were scared that a flat shank wouldn''t turn out just right. Leon doesn''t draw pictures of simple custom settings before making them, which added to my fears. In the end, we received the ring pictured. It was a nice surprise from Leon and we didn''t mind him taking the initiative to give us what we initially wanted.
Here''s another arrow pic. You can see how the prongs are slightly uneven (which drove me nuts for about five minutes), but now I don''t notice it.
