Hello,
I did a lot of research to figure out what type to try and find the perfect diamond for the right price... after much consideration I went ahead with this 1.7 ct H SI2 excellent cut that was "eye clean" according to the rep from James Allen. I could barely see any inclusions if any under the 10-30x magnifications on their website. It got a 1.5 in the Pricescope HCA tool and is an "excellent" cut.
When I got the ring, I wasn't all that impressed and thought the stone didn't pop like I thought it would. It almost seems cloudy and a little grey.
I don't know much about diamonds even after looking at a lot of information and tons of options online.
Please let me know what you think.
Thanks,
DB
