Need help finding out what ring this is

Looks like a tention setting, maybe bezel/half bezel.
bezel.is it the twist in this that is particularly appealing to you, or just the way the diamond is held

I think that's what they call a swirl setting.

Try looking through here to see if you find something similar or do a google image search. I used swirl bezel engagement ring as a start. I'm sure you'll find it.
