EEEEEeeeeeeeeeee!! So EXCITED FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is Awesome! Congratulations!! It sounds like you got a GRRReat deal -- i think its nice to have the "extras" cuz them you have decent stuff (you said most of it''s only a few yrs old right?) to use and you can slowly replace it with your dream stuff and not have to buy a whole bunch of crap cuz you need it right away and can''t afford to buy everything nice at once!Date: 8/27/2005 4:49:33 PM

Hey everyone!
Insepction went amazing, our guy said the house is in absoluately wonderful condition. The foundation especially was very strong. The only thing we will be replacing is the roof (I know sounds like a super crazy expensive job) and it is if you hire someone, but the material will cost about $1500 (we ran to the store to check). It''s going to be some work especially since we are getting the house in begining of November (hopefully no Canadian snow!). So a lot of work for him, but I think it''s worth it. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE WARM THOUGHTS!
So pictures of the house in November (I know it''s a long wait) but I do have an e-ring that is supposed to be done next week, so I''ll have something constructive to share. I''m so happy, relieved, ecstatic.
Icekid: Yes I did start school. It''s a surreal, dream like experience. I can''t get over the fact that after years of dreaming of medicine it''s finally come true. I haven''t made friends yet though, as I''m really, really, really shy. But hopefully that will come too.
AWESOME!! See, that other house didn''t pass for a reason, this one sounds so incredible! Good luck with your med school classes as well!Date: 8/27/2005 4:49:33 PM
