new emerald mine near Bogota?

Knowing very little about emeralds, I am searching for Colombia emeralds. One seller says their Colombia emeralds are from a new mine near Bogota. Any body knows a mine in this place and it's name? How about the value comparing to Muzo and Chivar mines?

Buy the stone, not the name and not the location. Just as there is nice material from Muzo, it is likely also have poor material from Muzo. The same holds for the Chivar mines.

Probably Cosquez mine, although it could hardly be called "new". Muzo and Chivor have more name recognition, but fine stones can come from any of the mines.
