The ring is beautiful! There is something so elegant about a classic three stone. I have a trellis three stone with a blue nile radiant and princess sides. I wear it with a princess cut channel set eternity band. There is a little bit of a gap but I like the ability to wear my band by itself which is harder to do if the band is contoured. Since this is the first diamond purchase I've ever done, is it recommended that I get my ring appraised here also? An appraisal came with the ring but based on most accounts here, these appraisals, while legitimate, can be misleading in some ways... I've always been pretty careful with purchases, and in some ways I still would like to "check" my purchase from BN. As reputable as BN may be, I just want to be sure I got what I paid, or am I being paranoid?

It's a beautiful ring and so well executed. I am lucky to own some lovely diamonds, not very big but certainly beautiful. I'm very lucky to have what I have coming from a relatively poor background. Hi Niel, I bought a size 6 ring based on borrowed rings that she had tried on her ring finger before, but upon trying on the new e-ring, I found it to be a little too big. Her finger size is between a size 5.5 - 5.75 (guesstimate), with 5.5 being on the tight side, so once some friends and family meet her and see the ring for the first time on the July 4th BBQ, I'll be sending the ring back to BN to have it resized (BN can do quarter sizes so I'll ask them to do 5.75).
