New stones from Barry

Got all three today. Purple spinel, yellow chrysoberyl, green tourm. Traded the neon purple supernova for the round purple from my dealer (hahaha). Our other camera is completely conked out so am using the old one that lets me get closer pics and also did TL's trick so hopefully these are better pics than I normally get. The chrysoberyl is big, 8.6 x 6.1. The green is 6.1 and purple is 6.5.

The green is so pretty-but to me it looks an awful lot like my big green cushion tourm from Barry..took pics of them together so you guys can see and tell me if I'm imagining it. I think I thought it would be more blue or something. The spinel is hard to get a fix on in the house-of course, we have the most horrendous lighting in this house it's just ridiculous. It's overcast today and the color outside is so pretty! The chrysoberyl, I'm just a hair unsure of. It seems more green to me and I really wish I had my other supernova here to compare it to b/c that's also greenish yellow, and my pale yellow round too would be interesting to see next to it.

Hmmm my green pics seem light. Well, the stone isn't as light as it looks in my pictures.

I do see what you mean about those greens being very similar, but they're both still very beautiful! And that yellow stone is TDF. I can't wait to see it in the sun.

I got mine today too, I think it has a bit of a red-violet shade?

Yeah, the chryso is really sparkley and flashy. Green/purple/yellow seem to be the colors I'm most drawn to..tho I'm trying to limit myself to just a few shades of each so I need to figure it out else I'm going to go broke and/or be strangled by my husband.

hahaha I am aren't I?? The chryso is 2.03 cts. It's not as fat as I thought it would be..more long than fat.

I actually sent the chryso back..it was so close to my other one, and someone else wanted to look at it so I figured if I was on the fence about it, it wasn't meant to be. I kept the others tho. The green looks just like Davi's new one..just gorgeous!
