So I've always wanted one, and the recent threads just renewed my yearning. So I've been trolling eBay looking for a good one in my size. Man-hands size 60!
Found one last week. Watched it drop $100.00. Bid at the very last minute.
It came with all the boxes, pouch and documentation.
According to the papers it was purchased in Boston in '08.
It's the 2.9 one, and it is a bit thicker than I'm used to, but I really like it. Right now it is hot and humid
( surprise it's Florida) so my fingers are a bit swollen, so it looks squished but it spins fine,not tight.
I love it with my 5 stone,but need to get used to the real estate it takes up. Finger stretching ideas anyone?
It needs to be polished and I might like to re rhodium the white band. But that means sending it to NYC. Our Cartier doesn't have a jeweler on premises!!!!

My poor pinky has a bit of an arthritis flare right now so it looks funky

YA!! a deal and in your size WITH box and papers! Woohoo!! It looks great on you, especially with your five stone!! I just picked one up myself and I was thinking that maybe Cartier does not rhodium plate the WG. I had that revelation when I was playing/rolling/flipping it around, that the warmth of the unplated wg was very appealing and I completely understood, then and there, why Yssie always goes unplated WG! lol!!
