OMG Love these! I love your grandmother ring--- i know I saw it before but I don''t think i commented on it b4.
Which one (OEC...Tranny,,or Infinity) do you usually wear the most?

Thank you all for your compliments!

Blinky, I probably wear the OEC the most, even though I prefer the TC''s original deco setting and F color. To me the beauty of the OEC''s cut outweighs the lower color (L) and not-as-nice, repro setting.

But I wear the TC plenty, especially when I''m seeing my mom--it was her mother''s, and it makes us both remember Grandma.

And I do wear the Infinity a lot too. I thought I would wear it when I wanted to be less blingy, since it''s .73 ct as compared to 1.4ish (TC) and 1.65 (OEC). But the setting makes it look almost as big and conspicuous, so that doesn''t really work. I just wear it when I''m feeling infinite, I guess.

The new bands are so pretty! How great to find them in your size! I have always loved your other rings...so beautiful!

HI:

OK. Really. I must move into your jewellery box!

cheers--Sharon

Thank you!

Credit goes to my Grandma Dorothy, the one with the transition cut in the deco setting with the haloed side marquises. She got me started along the path to jewelry madness.

Although I maybe Grandpa picked out that ring, come to think of it. I never asked, and now I can''t.

Both my grandmothers loved jewelry. It skipped a generation on my mother''s side, but it really took with my cousin Laura and me. Grandma Dorothy used to let us choose something from her jewelry box every year for our birthdays when we were teenagers. We split up some sets that way, come to think of it. I never had children, and Laura only had sons. I''ll have to pass my jewels from Grandma Dorothy down to her daughters in law or granddaughters & reunite the sets.

Your rings are wonderful and those sapphire bands are to die for!

You have a Beautiful collection!!

that''s just the perfect color sapphires!

Thank you!

I think the sapphires are a touch dark, but not too bad. Here''s a picture of the way I usually wear them, flanking my wedding band.

They are all lovely, but that transition cut... :sigh:, that is now officially one of my favourite PS rings.

The rings are fabulous. The sapphire bands are quite the find, but I''m most enthralled by your grandmother''s ring. It''s absolutely stunning.
