Newbie Here Looking for round stone

Hello everyone. I am looking for the biggest stone for a budget of 16,000. Cut is the most important to me, and a balance of size an color second, clarity is least important. Can you guys help me. How many carats and what color should I be looking at for a perfect cut diamond in the budget.

color is such a personal decision. the best way to guage what a well cut stone would look like in the different color ranges, is to find a hearts on fire dealer. all of their stones are ags graded and the stones are well cut. they very comparable to what you would be able to find at some of the better online vendors. decide what ''color'' looks best to you and go from there.
