I am new here! I am 25, just out of college and have been seriously dating my boyfriend for 4 years. He''s in Denver working on his MBA while I just moved to Charlotte, NC. I was in Mississippi. There is this fabulous mall here..I spotted Tiffany''s..so I walked in very shyly and found the ring. I have very petite hands, and what I thought I wanted, does not look right on my finger. I am a traditional person when it comes to all things wedding...anyways Tiffany''s Legacy..wow...and then I saw the $...holy it was a small car! I had to pick up my mouth and then try not to be "tacky" about reacting. I just can''t get over the sparkle of their rings...talk about blinding.
My heart is set on this ring...but the price tag is just ridiculous not to mention out of his budget. Soo...how can he find a reputable jeweler to copy the design? Er..get it as close as possible since the Legacy is Tiffany''s. What would you think this style would cost?...I do not want over 1.5 carats..even that is too much for me, but I don''t know what the total would be with the diamonds on the sides of the band and the halo around the center.
Any pictures of something close to the Legacy on this site?
