Started to watch these, but they weren''t videos. They''re just audio of someone talking with a picture of Obama. I''d be very interested in learning about Obama''s eligibility, but I get my information from newspapers, magazines, interviews, and other researched and documented sources. I do NOT get information from whack jobs with shadowy smear campaigns. Please feel free to post some real info that might be enlightening.

I think it''s probably baloney and not going to go anywhere..but I am curious as to why the DNC doesn''t just want to get rid of this case. It''s been lingering out there for about 2-3 months now and they seem to be in no hurry. They keep asking for stays and extensions. That''s kind of sketchy, but whatever. I''d rather see him lose than be ineligible, that''d be pretty disappointing.

The DNC could get rid of the case very easily. All that needs to be done is for Obama to submit a LEGAL birth certificate.

The DNC could get rid of the case very easily. All that needs to be done is for Obama to submit a LEGAL birth certificate.

Annnd that''d by why I am confused, too. The only ones we have are the ones that Obama as well as Factcheck claim are real..but there''s just as many experts out there saying they aren''t. I don''t get why he doesn''t want the lawsuits over..it really does bother me.

Take a look at the bc. Where is the embossed stamp and signature? Look at your own bc and see if you have an embossed seal and signature. Heck, even scan it and see if it doesn''t still show up.

The other problem is supposedly it was printed in 2006..the ink is wrong, etc., etc., etc..whatever. I believe he was born in Hawaii, it''d just make me feel a bit better if he would get the lawsuit out of the way..otherwise he looks like he''s avoiding something to me.

Um . . . I was born in Maryland in 1978, and I don''t believe my birth certificate has an embossed seal.

The way the poster is trying to argue legitimacy of such falsified claim is really quite sad. If either of the partied try to spend all their time "clearing-up" all these malicious rumors aimed to fool some not-so-intelligent Americans, then who has time to do anything productive, that''s GOOD for this country?

Well. McCain cleared up his..and I appreciated it. All the Obama camp has to do is respond and stop asking for stays and extensions, what's up with that? They don't have time to do that?

Don't be silly. When you're desperate to get the ball back (so to speak), there's always a conspiracy (or twelve) to waste even MORE of a candidate's time.

As for you, Mrs., how are we to believe you were born in Maryland? Just so you know, I will ignore photo evidence. I'll need to examine the certificate myself and have the ink analyzed.

Why not show us? And when you say "sketchy" do you mean like traveling across the country while in labor with a high-risk baby, in order to get back to the only state in the country that has SEALED birth records ... ALASKA??

Not to mention driving an hour away from the only hospital in the area with a NICU when you know you are delivering a premature child. At worst, this is sketchy as to whose baby it is. But really at best it shows very poor judgement...which scares me just as much.
