OEC aquamarine

So I got the stone and the cut is amazing- it looks very similar to an avc. It's VERY sparkly, and the color is light sky blue. I don't think I'm going to keep it because the color is just too light for me. So with that said.....


This stone would make an amazing e-ring for someone who was looking for an alternative to a diamond and it would look incredible in rose gold. Here are some pics-I will post some videos soon! I am not returning it, just going to list on LT for a small discount.

You can now see what I mean when I say OEC's hide or mask colour!!! It's still a beautiful stone anyway!!! Put a bezel or a halo around it and the colour will be far more apparent again.

It really is stunning. Just a *little* too light for me- and NOT by much. But when I washed it and took it outside today (sunny) it was much more blue. I think it could have been colors from the environment? Not sure but just gorgeous. And the price was great too!!

I don’t blame you. Light colors are a deal breaker for me too in colored stones. The cut is beautiful though.
