I shipped out a stone to return to James Allen via Priority Resgister Mail with Insurance and also purchased Signature confirmation and it have been almost 2 weeks and it have not arrive yet. This is from Ca to Ny. After searching and reading all the threads about usps i am really getting nervous and worry that is missing because why does it take so long for them to deliver since i purchase everything above. I am so worry and can''t relax at all. Thanks for reading

I know you are worried, but we have had terrible snow storms on the east coast. Best to call them on Tuesday to see where it is... I''m sure all wil be fine. USPS is the best way to send, I''ve never had a problem with them.

Sorry to hear this because I too sent my ER registered mail to NY last week. The status has NOT been updated since I sent it

This seems to happen fairly often when our customers send in their stones or rings to us via USPS registered mail, so please don''t worry yet. The weather around the country has been terrible and has affected not only USPS shipments but FedEx shipments too. We had a customer in San Francisco literally chasing the FedEx truck as he had planned to propose on Valentine''s Day and a weather delay in Memphis (the FedEx hub) had delayed his package, due to be delivered Friday. He got the package in his hands just before the FedEx Station closed on Saturday evening!

The part that is nerve wracking with the USPS is that they don''t update their tracking system, but it really is the safest and least expensive way for individuals to send high value items. It won''t be delivered today due to President''s Day, so let''s pray that it lands on Tuesday.

The tracking only show that it have been accepted on the day that i shipped out nothing else.
