I vote for Scarlett. That ring of yours is strong and feminine.Y’all have me smiling... I’m thrilled you’re all enjoying her!
So, I need your help with giving her a name! I have some I love, but want something that’s descriptive of her red personality. So, I have the below in mind:
1. Adamina - means “of the red earth”
2. Corsen - Welsh for red
3. Scarlett - inspired by the color scarlet red
4. Rhosyn - Welsh and Latin origins for red
Which is your favorite?

Stonewell I have an oval ruby and diamond cluster that I'm planning on re designing this year using the ruby with old mine cuts or old European cuts set in an art Deco style ring. Maybe you can help me name her when she's done? Thanks for the vote - I love the rationale you gave and it’s a top contender for me too.![]()
I don't have a thread yet as 1, I'm still pretty new here and 2, just still in the process of saving for the diamonds. I work for a jewellery valuer in New Zealand and so can source stones through various sources which will hopefully happy soon. Will definitely put up a thread up to have everyone's opinion when I start the process.@Mamabean, you’re so sweet, thank you! It’s 16.2mm x 15.9mm, so plenty of finger coverage. lol
@Weeivy73, ooooh your project sounds exciting! Do you have a thread for it? I’d love to follow. And I’d be happy to suggest some names - although, there are many folks here that I know will offer fantastic recommendations too.![]()
