We put in an offer on a house we have been dreaming about, please send me some dust!!! It is so gorgeous, and my fiance and I both absolutely love it! We have looked at over thirty houses and it is the only one we really love, so fingers crossed

Thanks everyone! Yes this will be our first house!!!!! I am so excited, but so nervous... we put in a low offer, because of the housing market and econonmy, so we are hoping that he is willing to give on the price a little bit. It is a buyers market, so he shouldn't be to stiff on the price, but in all honesty is priced pretty fairly.
