Everyone''s posting timeline updates so I thought I''d add mine. Because I''m super excited and anyone else I told would be like, so?

We were at my best friend''s house and her, Chris and I got onto the engagement subject (she''s a lil obsessed with being my maid of honor, ha). I have always thought we''d have an early 2010 wedding, but no! He wants to get married in 09! Probably late, but that is 1.5 years from now people!!

We talked last week about rings and money and concluded that we would get engaged tomorrow if there was money for ring. So I told him I didn''t want a ring to hold us up, and to propose away! I got people checking on diamonds and the ring sketch is ready to go when we are, engaged already or not.

Now my birthday is in 3 weeks and I told him no gifts (ring saving money) but I want to do something nice. He said it''s something I want and not tangible when I asked what we''re doing...hmmm... damn hopes going up and up!

Every time I drive by Green Lake Jewelry Works when I''m in Seattle, I think of you but somehow, I still haven''t managed to make it in there just for a peek. The store by Northgate looks fab though. I''m sure it''s fantastic inside.

Awesome! How exciting! Gotta love it when the guy is more antsy than the girl.

My best friend is putting the pressure on too. She is already planning my bachelorette party and the engagement is at least a year away!

Girls and weddings, I swear. Even if its not their own! I think my BFF is worse than I am!

How embarrassing though, I've never even been to GLJW... haha. It's all been through email so far.

But I have an update to my update (I can do that right?

): 2 diamonds are on their way to WF for a photoshoot for me! I'm peeing my pants with anticipation!!!

And Lauren, isn't that what friends are for? Kickin the men in the pants sometimes?
