Opinions on this sapphire please

What's your opinion on this stone? It's intended to be for engagement ring. Are his pictures fairly accurate colorwise? Was well within budget (half of what I intended to spend), and I really liked the color shifts. I am worried its not as dark as it looks under incandescent and flouorescent light. Not same stone that innerkitten had posted from what I can tell dimensions are different.

I like the stone but I find it bizarre that the saturation would vary from one picture to another.

I did request addtl. photos before shipment. Was unique to me and immediately caught my eye. I figured its worth it seeing as other members use him, and trust him.

I love the color shift on this stone. It does make it very interesting. Do take some photos for us when you receive it!

Came today and is nicer then expected!! Goes from pink to dark pink almost purple to bluegreen or brownish. Took several photos under fluorescent lights with and without flash. Also outside with and without flash. None under incadesence. Sorry all on camera phone and I am no photographer by any means. After uploading noticed all my pics are upside down... curse of being left handed in a right hand world.

What an interesting stone! I quite like it. I have two Umba sapphires and I find them to be extremely interesting and they look different in almost all lighting conditions. I'd love to see more pictures if you feel up to taking any!

I do quite like John B too. He's a super nice guy!
