I have a palladium e-ring, band, and a platinum diamond band. They look the same to me. My palladium rings are all stamped 950PD. I have not had any issues with them turning yellow and palladium should not need to be replated. I have heard of jewelers mixing palladium with white gold and I would assume that would need replated?![]()

You mean alloying Gold with Pd? There is no metal known as White Gold.
Can I see a pic of your ring? I''m looking for a semi bezel setting and would like to see yours...even if its only a temp setting. Sorry to thread jack!Date: 2/10/2010 10:28:52 PM

I have a palladium semi bezel set solitaire. It has held up well with no yellowing. Brian and Lesley told me that the bench jewelers had a heck of a time
working with the metal. It is not as malleable as platinum, so it was hard to get the semi bezel around the stone. I have liked it, but it was intended as a
temporary setting for me. I will get a platinum setting again. I like the feel and the weight of it.
