First of all, I''d like to thank everyone on this board for all the advise and information I gained which helped me pick the perfect diamond for me. Not to mention the countless hours of personal experience reading material that provided more info than anything else.

My final choice for those who have been reading my posts was...1.203GVS1 ACA H&A from WF...

Do you mind my asking, how much did you pay for the center stone and the final product? I only ask because frankly I''m a little jealous and want one for wife.

Thanks for the comments on my choice. The rock was about $9.7k and the custom setting that was actually just "copied" from another site was about $1.2k. The total package was a hair under $11k. BTW my original budget was $8k total, but as the saying goes..."go big or go home." I can''t wait until it gets here tomorrow!!!!!!

I know exactly what you mean, I just received my ring from WF thsi week and they turn out so beautiful like yours. You won''t be disappointed.. WF is just simply AWESOME!!!

My ring cost about the same and started with the same budget as yours

I love my ring, but if I had a bigger budget, I would have my diamonds set similar to yours and bigger (they are 1 pointers) not to mention a bigger stone...

I do LOVE my ring though! It was also from WF.

The setting was only $1200 because they are having a special this month. If you buy ACA diamond you get 5% of the diamond price off the setting...and yes it is white gold.

Original price they requested for setting...
$2075
I asked them to price match closer to the price from another site and it came down to
$1770

Price after 5% of diamond price off the setting was
$1280
So I guess I should have said $1300
