pictures of 0.80 tcw diamond studs

I just ordered 0.80 tcw round diamond studs from Blue Nile and want see if anyone has a picture of studs similar to that size on an earlobe. It would be nice to see what it looks like. I'm afraid the ones I ordered will be too small since I have huge earlobes.
