Sometimes, I think to myself that the PIW situation will all be ok; no matter what happens, at least my doggies still love me

Per hisdiamondgirl''s idea (See "justageek" thread in LIW), let''s contribute pictures of the wonderful pets who often brighten our days and provide lots of snuggle love!

I''m out of town and don''t have pictures on this computer, but I promise to post some pictures of my two mutts (a German Shepherd mix "Gome" and an I-don''t-know mix "Simba").

BTW: The PIW (people in waiting) in the title is not a t ypo. I''ve never considered myself a "lady"

and, besides, it might help men feel more inclined to hang out here and speak up, no?

This is my other kitty, who lives with my parents. I might have to get rid of her though,

my father doesn''t want her in the house anymore and I can''t bring her to our current home because she''s indoor/outdoor. She''s such a love though! When she''s not bringing in baby chipmunks.

Have you tried turning her into a strictly indoor cat? Both of mine are rescues who had lived outside for several months each. These days they are so spoiled they would think I''ve lost my mind if I even let them outside. I just make sure they have appropriate hunting toys and hiding places and they don''t even look outside anymore.

I''m only allowed to have 1 kitty at this house.

I''ve been crying about it because I truly don''t want to give her up but he just won''t budge. I wish I could teach her to stay inside but he won''t give me the chance.

Here''s a picture of my dog, Hunter. He''s a 6 year old hound mix. He was a very bad doggie this morning - got into the garbage and shredded it all over my kitchen floor! So I need to remind myself right now just how cute he is so I won''t be so mad at him. His cuteness has been his saving grace many times!
