Planetary Gems - dreadful customer service.

Not to revive an old thread but...

This seller; "planetarygems.com" reminds me of The Soup Nazi episode from Seinfield.

Banning customers for life and refusing to serve certain people. Elaine and George got thrown out by the Soup Nazi and banned for life.

Except... Instead of selling soup but gemstones, everything else is the same it seems with this seller.

Except the soup is less than $5 and these are 1000% more expensive.

Unbelievable! How can they survive as a business? And you would think that people who sell 'spiritual' healing have some serenity and kindness to spare for the world, let alone for the people who make their living possible. How long have they been in the market? Seemingly they have survived some years already? A traditional shop owner may be unfriendly to some customers but on the web, that seems suicide, and yet.... As far as my experienced goes, I found trader rather too friendly and cozy. I am tempted to call them just for fun, to hear for myself...
