EDIT- Some of the options I posted have different baquette's so when you go to order or get a quote just let them know you want the same tiffany style ring. They will now exactly what you want once you supply a picture.
thanks for your reply. None of those really look that similar to me. I know that I can just ask to have a similar setting made, but I have had a bad experience with that in the past. I'd be grateful if any else has any suggestions, thanks!
I'm sure they have already made the same ring, it is probably just not listed on their website. Just ask and they can send you photos. It is really not hard to make a tapered baquette ring.
Here's Victor's version (but with a round). This is the setting you're looking for but without the pave on the shank (i.e. down the sides of the ring).
I actually just contacted Steven Kirsch for a quote for a very similar setting and the cost would be comparable to the Vatche or possibly a bit higher depending on the size baguettes you use. It's so sad that settings are so pricey! Oakgem has some lovely preloved ones so you might check there in case they happened to have the size you want.
I am still looking for suggestions on this. I am looking to spend up to $2000. Similar non-designer pieces are all under $2000 and a local jeweler quoted me $2000 to make it, but I don't really trust him.
I know I've seen some rings on here with this perfect setting, where did you get them?
It looks like Diamonds by Lauren will be more expensive or not do the setting at all since I didn't get my stone there and it would take weeks.
If you are on a budget and looking for an affordable option you should contact IDJ. They have nice options and are very focused on meeting the consumer's budget.
I dont know how i would feel about buying an emerald from them, BUT they might be able to provide good information, im not sure. Anywho, setting looks good
