Please ADVISE ME! Cushion pictures inside, pull trigger?

I'm not 100% sure I love the facet pattern, but this diamond's shape looks great and it is very sparkly...

What do you think? Buy or don't buy?

My apologies I don't have ASET images or other images, I can only take pictures of it.

It is a 1.52 H VS1 with 58% table 66.7% depth. Cushion modified Brilliant.

Want to pull the trigger and buy it, but can't do it unless pricescopers give me peace of mind!

Without an ASET it's difficult to judge it's true light performance. From the pictures it looks very white with great edge-to-edge brightness. Do YOU like it?

I love it!!! It looks beautiful and bright and I love the faceting picture (the last one)! If you like it you should get it!

Given the information we do have, it's got potential.

I would advise you to play with it for a while in different lighting. See it dirty as well as clean and decide if you like the facet pattern or not.

Thank you all! In the middle it looks beautiful but I noticed toward the edges it tends to give off more pinpoint lighting rather than broad flashes.
Personally, my immediate gut reaction was that it was super sparkly and a perfect shape and I really loved it. Then gazing carefully, I'm not sure this is my favorite facet pattern, but overall it seems very beautiful. I wonder why the middle doesn't look as deep as my other Diamond? If I can't get an Aset, what should I be watching out for? I wonder if I'm overly nitpicking? I do like it...

Well, if the corners bother you, remember it'll go into a setting, so maybe that'll help. what's the return policy? Are you having it set at the same place?

I don't think that you should make yourself try to love something that you don't. There are tons of gorgeous cushions out there in lots of different shapes and facet patterns, and most of us have a strong preference to one over another. If you like the bolder color flashes that you are seeing in the middle of the stone opposed to the more splintery ones in the corners then maybe you should try a chunkier type cut like the AVC or one of the non branded chunky types. I just know that when I've purchased things that were close but not quite perfect, they end up sitting in my jewelry box or hanging in my closet and I wish that I had waited. I agree with Gypsy that you should view this one for a few days in lots and lots of different lighting environments, but don't force yourself to love it if you don't, I think it will just make you unhappy in the end.

Thanks for your advice! I definitely like modern cushions not vintage ones, so I also don't like too chunky haha. picky me. I like this diamond under different lighting, but I'm not comparing it with another diamond so I'm just wondering exactly what I should be looking for? Any simple home tests I can do to determine its light performance or cut quality?
