Please help me pick b/w two emerald cut diamonds

I wish GIA adds those extra details like IGI does. I have no idea what the crown height is on the GIA diamond. Seems to be higher than the IGI based on videos

Its at a different angle the ch is in the same range but looks higher.

I wouldn't call myself a prosumer (yet) but these two stones caught my eye. One is a little more than your budget but not sure if it would be worth it for you if it checked all the other boxes.

Of note - there is medium blue fluorescence which is worth asking if it affects the stone's clarity. It doesn't look like it from the video, but it could make it face up whiter than K. Whether or not you want that is up to you!
