Hi

I have been scouting around looking mainly at pendants to celebrate my 40th birthday. My husband and children would like me to have something I will cherish.

I have a quote on a key type pendant a little similar to this one though not exactly the same as its using a cast from Adwar http://www.tiffany.com.au/Shopping/...+1-c+251550-r+-x+-n+6-ri+-ni+1-t&sku=GRP06336as well as waiting on a price on something similar to the T&Co Enchant earrings but as a pendant. http://www.tiffany.com/Shopping/Ite...wPaged-c+-s+1-r+-t+Enchant-ri+-ni+0-x+-pu+-f+

I'm not sure whether it will come close to my budget though. There are also two Jan Logan (Australian designer) diamond heart pendants Im considering, but I feel as though We could get better bang For our buck as it were if I go through a PS vendor. They are each approx .20 total diamond weight whereas I'd prefer about double that.

Anyway, I'm really keen to know what you would buy if you had this opportunity.

Thank you :appl:

Thanks Sarahbear - the Penny Preville pendant is beautiful though I know my husband might think its a little too vintage for his liking. I think the Enchant is timeless also - I am looking forward to hearing back on that!

I would consider getting a halo style pendant, similar to the Hearts on Fire 'Fulfillment' pendant.

I got one for my 40th birthday :naughty: and I really adore it. At first I was wanting something 'blingier' but really wasn't comfortable with the larger sizes. I tried on the tiniest one (0.25ctw) and bingo! It's perfect, and I wear it almost everyday.

I love it so much, could consider the 'stacking' look if I ever got another pendant. I have it in yellow gold.

Irritatingly, it is $1735 frm the Australian site or stores,

...and only $1490 for the US buyers!!

I don't know where you are in Australia, but you could consider using a manufacturing jeweller such as Jogia to make up a pendant. I've had things made by them before, and their prices are very good in comparison with most jewellery manufacture prices I've come across locally. You could send them a photo of something similar and get them to make up a quote.

Thanks Laraonline - I had looked at these but haven't had any luck finding one i store to look at. They certainly are lovely. I tried on something slightly similar at T&CO and I didn't feel it was quite right which I think is because I don't ordinarily wear round diamonds. Not that I don't like them, but I have cushions and princess cuts instead. I must look at the HOF to reassess before ruling rounds out :twirl:
