Hi, I''m considering purchasing the following diamond locally (New York City) for $9550. Below is the GIA report, It''s reference diagram is very extreme clean. Is this a good deal? Another question, are there sales tax associated with online buying from WhiteFash, James Allen, etc.? Thanks for your help.

Sales tax relates to where the business is located. Most business only have the right to collect sales tax in the state they are based or have a store in, but it is the legal duty of people buying from out of state to report and pay the sales tax to their respective state. So there is no such thing as no sales tax for out of state purchase.
