Actually many enjoy the bluish glow some strongly fluorescent stones exhibit in some lighting conditions. Also SB fluorescent diamonds don''t look blue all the time.

And I have also heard people say that they love the inclusions in their diamond that are visible to the naked eye because it makes their diamond distinctive.

As I said "Strong" is relative, and in fact the blue is quite a light tint.
