Acinom- you are so sweet to ask! Caysie at CVB and I decided that a top halo with a side row would be best- after about 100 emails, she has been amazing... I'm definetly leaning towards a split shank (which I wasn't even considering before) with some rosegold and pink melee detail in the gallery- probably a little bit of a petal formation...I will place a yellow sapphire in my current setting, since I still love the ring so much. We have a "conceptual" idea of what we are going to do. My ring project is "on hold" until after the holidays. She is creating a couple of pairs of earrings for me now, and has already sourced the stone for my other ring. I am So excited, I can't wait to officially design!!!! We are just chipping away at it, as I continue to research and define exactly what I want.

Hi! Sorry, I just now saw this!

My ring is custom Christopher Designs. It's kind of a combination of a couple of CD rings with changes to the size of melee in the halo (smaller) and the addition of another halo on the edge. I will see if I can locate the settings we used for inspiration. The halo I loved was actually on a J.B. Star piece, so I'll post it as well.

Thanks for your update truluv! I love it that you are so dedicated and involved in the process. It's a great process to let the design actually grow slowly and that you do so much inspiration research.
After the holidays I will also work with Caysie and she seems so skilled and very very nice!!
My ERD ring is 'almost ready'. In the coming week I will contact Chris for an update.

Acinom- just gorgeous!! Thank you for sharing. ERD is wonderful to work with, and I still love my ERD setting so much, I'm happy Caysie convinced me to repurpose. You will love working with her!
