Ok so I confirmed with WH about this baby. It ‘s indeed leakage at 5 o’clock in the idealscope and you can actually see it at 8 clock in the actual diamond pic . Do you guys see this significant enough for me to pass this on? Also, from what I’ve read, I should try to avoid inclusions right under the table. So this baby has clouds right under the table, you think those would negatively affect my decision?

Hopefully not too many meaningless questions – but she and I are sentimental persons and I know she wont trade up and will keep it for her life. So just wanted to find the best one possible!

Yup andelain – this one is def a stunner. 2nd/3rd choice on my list. Reason why it’s not the top choice is I think for almost the same price, my gf would be happy to have a larger stone, given that the leakage doesn’t impair the fire and sparkle and the clouds don’t affect the stone in any way.
Totally understand that the leakage and its dim spot is obvious under magnification but I’d be willing to compromise for bigger size if the things I mentioned are not too destructive…just trying to balance things out you know…

Nope that was a good article but not the one I was looking for. I tried to follow the link I have for it and can no longer find the report on the GIA site. Perhaps someone else can dig it up.
