So lately I've been having fun wearing a ring on every finger. I really think that I found a set that works well in terms of color and comfort. What do you all think?
Personally, that's a little too much "competition" & color for my liking, so I voted "no". I like the look of multiple rings, but find it works best when there is more metal than stones/color. Like, maybe one "statement" ring on each hand with a big stone/s and the rest metal-only or thin bands with tiny stones. BUT, that is my opinion. If you like it, and it's comfortable, that is all that really matters and totally trumps my virtual opinion.
My personal preference is for fewer but bolder pieces,but... your hand, your showcase and your preferences! In any event, I think a lot of what makes bold jewelry statements (such as a ring on every finger) work has less to do with aesthetics than with the wearer's attitude. So if this is your look, go rock it, Nala!
I'm not a fan of a ring on every finger. It makes me feel like the person is trying to wear ALL their jewelry at once. The only time it doesn't seem to "compete" with each other is if it's different simple bands.
Im all for one ring on each hand, or maybe a thumb band and a ring, or even two..but I don't like the competition look of 3-5. Its too much for my taste.
The colour of the first two rings works together and the last two so the first two rings with blue stones and the second two with pink stones but all four at once not so much..... I prefer one ring on each hand personally.
I voted no, but I don't know if my vote really applies since I don't care for the look in general - in other words, no set of rings would look good on every finger because I'm not a fan of the look.
Yes! This is the look I was going for! Tori Spelling has been wearing this look on her True Tori series, so I started playing with my rings and wondered if they worked well as a set. I've since made some changes, such as leaving out the pinky ring and sticking to one color of gold. I will try to post pictures when I get a chance.
I think the ability to carry off the look is like any fashion - adorn for your finger type. My sister has these elegant fingers with a really lovely taper. My fingers are long but no elegant taper here. My sister can stack and wear tons of jewellery and she just owns it. I can't. Same with maxi skirts
