I am so glad that you stuck with it and got your dream ring! In addition to posting the offending jeweler's name, you may want to post the name of the jeweler that you used to obtain your current ring. After all, they deserve accolades for a job well done!

What did Elara ultimately end up doing about your complaint? I am looking into whether this was an isolated incident or whether this is common among their production process. I would like to find out more about your situation. Please advise. Thanks.
