Question about buying Cartier from true facet

Hello PSers
I am about to purchase a Cartier Love piece from True Facet but am hesitating because it doesn't come with any documentation or the original box. Does anyone have any experience with true facet? Is it a foolish decision to buy a branded item without a COA or box? Does anyone have recommendations for where to purchase used Cartier pieces ? Thank you for your help

I know nothing about the company, but I think I would be wary of buying without the box and documentation.

I've never purchased from here but a lot of businesses sell authentic pieces without the box or paperwork because the previous owner didn't provide it. People pawn or trade items in all the time without documentation. I've sold some Tiffany purchased ages ago at Tiffany by me to jewelers without any paperwork/boxes/pouches. You just have to be careful and be able to authenticate it. It will also be harder to resell down the line because like you, people are wary & rightfully so. If it's a piece you love, don't anticipate selling, and can authenticate, why not if it's a good price? I purchased a preloved Tiffany Novo band at a great price & it's authentic. There was also a return policy to ease my mind if it wasn't as stated.

I purchased my love bracelet from Portero. They had great customer service and it came with the box and certificate. I did have it verified at a local jeweler within the return period just for piece of mind and they provided an appraisal for insurance (the jeweler, not Portero)

I too have been wondering if anyone has bought from True Facet. There is a very specific band I want that they have in my size that I can't find anywhere else.

From what I've read on a certain forum about purses, and designer goods (I'm not sure if I'm allowed to mention the name), True Facet seems to be legit, and authencate the stuff they sell. However, their customer service seems to be hit, or miss at times.

I think im going to order because they do have a 7 day return period. They can source an original box since the item doesn't come with one , but they will charge for it. Any idea where i can get a Cartier ring box?
