question about Sarin Analysis???

I am having trouble downloading and utilizing the Sarin analysis on goodoldgold.com. Is this a truly helpful tool to help people analyze certain diamonds? If diamond info. is posted to the forum can anybody here whoi has this run the Sarin analysis for me b/c of the trouble I''m having. I never thought shopping for a diamond would take so long and be this tough!!!!

santo - what kind of problem are you having? I believe the sarin web viewer requires you to use some version of IE.

Also, I assume you have also downloaded the sarin web viewer, right? If you have done that, clicking on a sarin file, srn, will load it in the browser.

What version of Windows are you using? And what version of Internet Explorer?
