So, I have blown the budget on my stone... which I know is a good thing :)

I can save 1000K on her setting and 500 on her wedding band if I get a palladium vs platinum.

This will allow me to get a MUCH nicer stone. Thoughts? Good choice?

Palladium feels very lightweight while platinum has a lot of heft.
Palladium turns into a very dark gray over time while platinum is a lighter gray over time. I find that palladium shows patina sooner than platinum though.

Palladium would be my last choice. I'd get the ering in platinum now and wait a few months to buy the wedding band.

Really? Not what I expected to hear based on what I had read...

I will likely change it to platnium...

Palladium would be my last choice. I'd do 18K before that, though I am not particular when it comes to choosing between 18K and platinum myself. I like both.

Wow, actually shocked at the anti pallidum responses.

I am going to call and switch it now...

I just ordered it in pallidum. I am going to go with platnium.

I am so excited.

I could be mistaken, but Palladium may be harder to do repairs on than either gold or platinum.

OKay, switched it to Platinum.

My FF fiance is going to freak out when she sees this thing :-)

Thanks so much for your help and advise, I am confident I made a very sound purchase and it's all because if all your help! I started many threads and talked through many things with you all :-)

Great! Did you go with Ritani or something else?

Great! Please come back w/ your FI and post pics. :wavey:
