Forthekitty--My ring size is technically a 5, but I ordered the ring in a 5 1/4 because I wanted a bit of room for swelling in the summer and also I''ve heard that once the w-ring is added they fit more tightly. The dimension of the center stone are 6.75X5.44X3.87. It''s a 1:1.24 ratio rectangle.
