I have a mom and babies as new fosters. I have to get a good photo of each baby, but there are 5.

And I have Sriracha and because of shy testicles and now the virus, he's still waiting to be neutered.

Yanno, there are so many rescue groups now desperate more than ever before searching for foster homes because Covid-19 stopped all adoption events. So many kittens who need fosters...I bet they have French kitties in need too. You would be an awesome kitty mom in France and it would only have to be temporary unless you become a failed foster. Which would be the only kind of foster I could be hahaha.

Well it’s official. Gracie decided to work from home til further notice.




And she’s not taking cra* from anyone.

@Jimmianne Yes, so sweet. I know all the rescues really need fosters. It is a great time to help, even with just a small litter or one or two kittens! @missy is right on there!

All of our adoption locations are closed and we can only do adoptions online, with one on one meet and greets if the foster is okay with it. We have made our intake less than we normally would, because we know it will take longer to find everyone a home and vets are closed, etc, so we can't even operate as normal.

I have not yet named the babies. I usually do theme names.

Elizat, hi. I’d been looking online these past weeks to adopt in France, but now that I’ve read that the airlines don’t allow pets in the cabin internationally, all I can do is donate to my local shelter here.

vets are deemed an essential service here so will be open durring our lock down starting tomorrow night, not just for companion animals but because of the importance of agriculture to the economy

when i got home after buying bread today Borris was at the back door with a very specific meow
she had a mouse

i just went outside to call Tibby and he was racing around the neighbour's lawn chassing a mouse of his own
ive never seen him be playful before
it was adorable
as i picked him up the mouse ran over my foot and made a succesful bit for freedom

I'm curious as to what your fur baby's favorite treat is? Do you give him/her human treats once in a while? We have been ordering delivery a couple times a week, and I've found that Noah LOVES fortune cookies especially from Panda Express!

I don't feed human treats because I'm worried he'll start to want human food and beg when we eat too. His 2 favs are Vita-Cat freeze dried rabbit (he loves everything rabbit) and PureBites freeze dried beef liver (he loves liver).
