Since we are now in the month of December, is there a wizard out there who can put sparkles (or something else) on our avatars?

Nebe has done mine in the past, but I haven't seen her post for quite awhile.

Well, I used the Blingee.com link and had this awesome activity going on... but when uploaded here, its static! Rats!! Well - here's my festive OEC covered in sparkles.. just *imagine* them moving!!

The longer I look, the more sparkly it becomes. Amazing!

Its like watching laser surgery --- its practically BLINDING me!!

(too bad, it was really cool - there were sparkles over the OEC, then a 'swoosh' effect in gold pixie dust swirling from the bottom left to the top right, and the top banner had twinkles too... It really was AWESOME!)

I figured out how to animate images in PS elements and uploaded it as my avatar but there is a message at the top of the page saying the image was automatically resized and it doesn't sparkle. Maybe we need to make smaller images to get them to work. How fun to learn something new.

Okay I figured it out. They need to be no larger than 140 x 120 resolution. I kept making it smaller until it fit. Now I just need to perfect it.

Those who has PS Elements I did this:

Opened the image I wanted
Duplicated it 4 times
Under filter chose render then lens flare then movie prime
Click on the image where you want the flare
Do the same on each duplicated image
Then save for web as gif and choose animation. Then reduce your image size until you get the resolution allowed.
Then save.
Fun, I always wanted to know how to do that.

I love both yours and Marcy's blinged out avatars!! Whatever magic you can do, is awesome by me! Do you think Solid flashes vs mass sparkles or vice versa would be better? Ill defer to your skills but I prefer white sparkles instead of colours, that would by my only request... Thank you SOOOOO much!
