Thanks, Widget! I can definately recommend rose gold- I''m really sold on it, after wearing only white metals for years. I''m surprised at how well it suits my skin tone, while yellow gold does not.

BTW, it is a rhr, but I can''t take photos with my left hand!

Mrs Mitchell your ring is beautiful! Can you tell me - do you notice the colour of the band showing up in the diamond at all?

Thank you! I notice a difference in the colour now that it is out of its white gold bezel, but I can''t really say that the rose gold makes the diamond pink. I don''t have any specs on the stone, so I don''t actually know what the colour is, but it does look a good bit whiter in its rose gold than it did before. That said, a coworker asked if it was a pink diamond yesterday, so maybe there is some reflection. It does''t look pink to me at all, but it does look a whole lot whiter and brighter than it used to. It seems to sparkle more, too. I was a bit indifferent to it in its original form, but I just love it now. The rose gold is flattering to my skin tone and it seems to have done marvelous things for my diamond!
