Me too. When we kept not seeing pictures I was terrified they''d sold it and were trying to make up any excuse to not have to give the stone back.

Let me get this straight. A registered mail package addressed to another vendor is delivered to your business. You don't open it, but instead fight and argue with the Postal Service and demand proof that it wasn't supposed to be delivered to you, when the address label is still intact.

LUUUUUCY, You gots some 'splainin' to do!

Here I was thinking that maybe someone had opened the package and thrown away anything that identified the intended recipient. Instead we find out that instead of being stubborn and careless, they are deceitful and classless.
