Too funny! I, too, love rfath''s ring. I wish I could get my hands on one around here to try on.

This thread has some old favourites of mine, but also some new stuff that I hadn''t seen before. Mmmm...Bezel happiness.

the funny thing is that I had a hard time deciding between mokume gane and the Etienne setting, but when I saw my setting in real life, I just melted. (Check out Krikawa''s Mokume Bezel Rings )

My stone is only 0.82 carats, but looks a lot larger in this setting. I''m still in love with my setting and stone and spend a lot more time than I''m willing to admit admiring the way it shoots fire in most lighting...

Here''s my former semi-bezel / pseudo-tension set. We had the diamond remounted into another setting when I got my upgrade. Right now this setting is empty - we''re thinking of putting our daughter''s birthstone into it (a peridot) - what do you think?

This is a 14k yellow and WG 2-tone custom mounting, ring size 5, with my 0.51ct G-SI1 "60/60" RB in it.
