I finally picked up my ring today after a reset. To refresh, it''s a 0.88 asscher, set with .07 baguettes on the side. The stone was given to me by my bf for my bday last year. I''m loving how much the stone pops in this setting! Love it!
I''ve found that split claw prongs do enhance the overall shape of an asscher as opposed to single prongs.
I''m taking it back to have one baguette replaced though. One of them doesn''t have the clean lines of a baguette; it almost lookes as though there are numerous inclusions in the stone, but when looked under a loupe, there are none. So I''m having that replaced after the jeweler comes back from vacation.
In the meantime, only one pic, because unfortunately, my picture taking skills are nowhere near Mara''s, Sunkist''s, LynnB''s, and so many others that I can''t remember right now.
Please let me know what you think.
