I'll post few seller's shots since they turned out better then those I took. My jeweler did confirm that it's an antique settings, that it was revamped (the circle of the metal on the inside of the head seems to be new and he ended up shaving it off in order to fit the stone).
He did admire the work that went into setting sapphires into the gallery.
