Seriously, I read quite a few stories of even stones from good quality pave work falling out after some time of constant wear, so if you''re not prepared to have the new ones set every once in a while (not all of them, but at least some), come up with another idea. They are held by very small amounts of metal which wear away (or loosen/bend/break) eventually.

No problems, for me! I''ve had my pave e-ring for three years, which is not long in the life of a ring though! Have not lost any stones (knock wood!) Obviously, you DO have to be more careful but unless you are really klutzy, I would not let that stop me from getting a blingy setting.
