Seeking a Diamond Band to go with My Sapphire Halo Ring

Hello!

I am now in search of a diamond wedding band to go with my sapphire and diamond halo ring. There was an option to have the diamond band curve along with my halo, but I would prefer not to go that route as I would like to wear the band alone as well. I have had quotes from 2200-4200 for 7-9 diamonds F color, all under 1ctw. I checked out IDJewelery and was pleasantly surprised with their prices. I know many PSers have used them in setting their colored stones, but has anyone recently purchased a diamond band from them, and would you highyl recommend them? Are the quality of the diamonds and band very good? My halo is F VVS2, but I just want the color to match, I do not care too much about clarity if that doesn't affect the color too much. IDJ states that their diamonds are F-G SI1.

Here's a photo of my sapphire ring. I am looking for a little more than a carat for the wedding band. If anyone has pictures of their halo rings with wedding bands, or if there already exists a thread, please let me know!! Thank you!

P.S. My ideal band would have ovals sitting W-E with 2 prongs and would only go half way around the band. Any ideas where I can find something like this? Thank you!

Not sure I understand a "halo" band, do you mean an eternity band? If so, are you looking for white diamonds?

Hi Willy, thank you! I am looking for a white diamond wedding band that I can wear with my sapphire and diamond halo ring. Any thoughts on IDJewelry vs. Whiteflash. Both offer 7 diamond bands, but IDJ is a lot less than Whiteflash which makes it very tempting. My diamond melee on my halo is F VVS2 from The Natural Sapphire Company. Their price quote is considerably higher than both IDJ and WF. Just checking out my options. Thank you! Does anyone wear a diamond band with their colored stone engagement rings??

I am going to try to find a pic of my wife's eternity band, right now its on her finger and not home!
I would bet that the difference in price is due to the quality of the diamonds (WF vs. IDJ).
Age old expression......you get what you pay for. No different for diamonds.

WhiteFlash. But I'd go with a band that has no larger stones than are in your halo What size are they?

The sides are bezeled so there is no space between the ER and the eternity band. The pic is blown up, the bezel sides are rather gradual not extreme as the pic might suggest or a poster further down mentioned.
Hope this helps a little.
They are round brilliant, channel set, plat setting, about 1.04 tcw. (26 stones, .04 each)

Hi Diamondseeker, thank you for posting! The diamond melee on my halo is .5ct, 2.3mm. I would like a 7 diamond band around 1-1.40 ctw. I just don't want to end up "wishing" I had more bling? Do you wear a diamond band with any of your colored stone rings?

Thank you Willy for linking your wife's ring! It is beautiful! But I need something to go with my sapphire and diamond halo ring so I am looking at only prongs settings. Now I know there's an eternity band thread! Just wish I knew what one would look like with a colored stone halo!
