So many great ideas. Honestly, you can't go wrong. Love the bangle idea, love the idea of the emerald cuts as a tapered ring if their sizes would accommodate that. I'm glad you are making a pair of dangly earrings, because everyone needs to have at least one pair and those pear-shaped spinels will shout "hello!" to everyone who walks by...

I agree, I'm really thrilled with all of the help and now I have a much better idea of what to do with everything.

And thank you - I'm very excited about the earrings! They will still be fairly minimal even for dangles, which suits my personality, but with a great pop of color.

ETA: I do like the idea of stacking rings if you have the finger space for them. Sadly the lavender sapphire just won't work in any setting and you need to send it to me.

Lol, I'm glad you like it!! I am a fool for lavender, no doubt...I have at least 7, 8 lavender gems right now, most waiting for setting. I just wish they were bigger (of course...). I do like that gem a lot bc it has gorgeous blue flashes that show really well due to the slightly chunkier faceting. And it's a well cut (recut in US) Ceylon unheated sapphire, and these can be hard to find. Got it from Yvonne also, she's had some VERY nice sapphires lately.

Good news on my stackers though - they shipped today!!! They are being bezel set in 14k YG by Stephanie at Metalicious, she also set several of my other gems. I love her work bc it's really fun. Actually I have a pic of all my pieces from her so far, I'll include it here. The stacking rings aren't pictured since I don't have them yet, but I can include a pic of hers of the general style. Just picture the pink and lavender spinels set in 5 and 6 mm sizes, 14k YG, round bezels. See below...
