setting suggestions

I found this site and I am overwhelmed with the beauties that I have seen. So much so, that I want to change my setting, and would appreciate any ideas.

I have a .50 asscher center with halo, .25 asscher side side stones and small asschers running down each side of the band. The ring is flanked with diamond bands on each side.

I hope it is ok that I attached a picture off a website that is similar in style.

My fingers are quite short and I wear a 6.5 the ring is so wide it comes up to my first knuckle. I am thinking a cleaner style, but worry that the center stone will look lost on my fat, stubby fingers.

Any ideas are welcome.

This ring looks almost like mine as the one above only the halo. The diamond bands were attached to each side, but I had them removed. When my hands swell it looks like sausage in a casing.

I really like this ring do you know if there is a mounting that is available? Do you know what an approximate cost would be to make this setting. I would only need to buy the baguettes as I want to use my own asschers.
